MOR is committed to respecting privacy rights and protecting the personal data of customers, partners, and visitors (“User”) in accordance with Vietnamese law. By accessing the website or using MOR’s services, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services or access the website.

MOR may collect the following types of information:

2.1 Personal and Organizational Information

• Full name, email address, phone number, contact address, and personal information in accordance with personal data protection laws.
• Business information if the User is representing an organization.
• Account information when registering to use the service: Username, password, and related data upon registration.

2.2 Technical & Behavioral Information

• IP address, device type, browser, operating system.
• Cookies, tracking technologies (trackers), access logs (website logs).
• Access behavior, interactions, and history of website and service usage.
• Other relevant technical data to optimize the system.

2.3 Information Exchanged with MOR

Note: Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and proactively updated information when changes occur. MOR is exempt from all liabilities arising in cases where the information provided by the User is inaccurate or outdated.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

MOR uses the collected information for the following legitimate purposes:• Managing, operating, and maintaining accounts as well as services provided to Users.
• Customer support, receiving and resolving inquiries, complaints, or technical issues.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and complying with requests from competent State authorities.
• Fraud prevention, enhancing system security, and information safety.
• Analyzing, evaluating, and researching customer needs to improve service quality.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

MOR uses Cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, enhance user experience, and analyze access traffic. Users can refuse or manage the use of Cookies by adjusting browser settings. However, this may affect the experience or functionality of certain services.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

MOR does not share the User's personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:• Upon request or decision of competent State authorities or as required by law.
• Providing to Partners and Service Providers of MOR to perform services, provided that parties have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) / Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
• When the User consents, or when the data has been anonymized/aggregated for statistical purposes.
• MOR ensures that third parties comply with this Policy and applicable laws.

6. Data Security

MOR applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against risks of loss, unauthorized access, or data leakage, including firewalls, encryption, and access control. Data will be stored on MOR’s secure system. In the event of a detected data breach, MOR will notify and coordinate resolution within 72 hours of detection.

7. Data Retention

For active accounts: Data is stored until the User requests account closure or terminates the use of services.
For closed accounts: Data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from the termination date for fraud prevention, complaint resolution, or legal compliance purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.

8. User Rights

Users have the following rights regarding their personal data:• Right to access, edit, update, or request deletion of personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent for data usage for marketing purposes.
• Right to contact MOR to lodge complaints or request resolution of inquiries regarding personal data.

Note: MOR only supports answering and resolving inquiries and complaints directly related to MOR's collection, storage, and use of the User's personal data within the scope of service provision. MOR does not provide legal advice services nor act as an independent consulting expert on Personal Data Protection Law.

9. Policy Changes

MOR reserves the right to adjust, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time to align with operational reality or applicable laws. All changes will take effect immediately upon being publicly posted on MOR’s website/application.

MOR recommends Users regularly check this Policy to stay updated. The User's continued access or use of MOR’s services after the revised Policy is published implies that the User has read, understood, and fully agreed to the updated contents.
