6. Data Security
MOR applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against risks of loss, unauthorized access, or data leakage, including firewalls, encryption, and access control. Data will be stored on MOR’s secure system. In the event of a detected data breach, MOR will notify and coordinate resolution within 72 hours of detection.
7. Data Retention
For active accounts: Data is stored until the User requests account closure or terminates the use of services.
For closed accounts: Data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from the termination date for fraud prevention, complaint resolution, or legal compliance purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
8. User Rights
Users have the following rights regarding their personal data:• Right to access, edit, update, or request deletion of personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent for data usage for marketing purposes.
• Right to contact MOR to lodge complaints or request resolution of inquiries regarding personal data.
Note: MOR only supports answering and resolving inquiries and complaints directly related to MOR's collection, storage, and use of the User's personal data within the scope of service provision. MOR does not provide legal advice services nor act as an independent consulting expert on Personal Data Protection Law.
9. Policy Changes
MOR reserves the right to adjust, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time to align with operational reality or applicable laws. All changes will take effect immediately upon being publicly posted on MOR’s website/application.
